Eastvale

Led by the Eastvale Incorporation Committee, the community of Eastvale voted June 8, 2010 for cityhood. The inaugural city council includes Ike Bootsma, Jeff DeGrandpre, Kelly Howell, Adam Rush and Ric Welch. Eastvale is a community of about 43,000 residents. The Eastvale Gateway shopping center draws residents from the neighboring communities of Mira Loma, Corona, Norco, Ontario, Chino and Chino Hills.

Four-year universities nearby include the University of California, Riverside , California State University, Pomona , and California State University, Fullerton .  Riverside Community College has a campus located in nearby Norco just about 5 miles away.

Things To Do

• Eastvale Spring and Fall festivals: Every year Eastvale holds a spring and fall festival with local vendors and activities for children to do.
• Each spring, the Renaissance Festival at the Crossroads Riverview Park in the Eastvale area.
• In October, Crossroads Park hosts Haunted Creek Haunted Village & Hayride
• Mid-Hill Golf Center on Citrus near Roosevelt High School recently opened a driving range for nearby golfers.
• And dog parks galore!
